Cookies and consent
Our website uses technically necessary cookies. These are required for the website to function properly (for example the basket, your sign-in status and your cookie choice). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) together with § 25(2) TDDDG.
Statistics and marketing cookies (see below) are only set with your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). On your first visit we ask for your choice via our cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Google Analytics 4 (statistics)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies that allow an analysis of your use of the website. The IP address is truncated (IP anonymisation). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Google Ads & conversion measurement (marketing)
With your consent we use Google Ads to measure the success of our advertising and to show you relevant ads. Cookies are set when you reach us via a Google advertisement. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Here too, any transfer to the USA relies on the EU standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We use Google Consent Mode v2: without your consent no analytics or marketing cookies are set and no personal data is transmitted to Google.
